PROGRESSIVELY WIDER SPACING
As dumbbells get heavier, their heads usually get larger. Instead of using the same spacing on every level, the XPRT rack progressively increases the space between tiers toward the bottom:
6.3" → 6.7" → 6.9" → 7.1"
This gives larger 30–50 lb dumbbells more clearance and helps prevent oversized rubber heads from crowding the pair above. The engineering drawing specifies progressively increasing tier spacing toward the bottom of the rack.

This helps protect dumbbell handles from everyday scratches while giving each dumbbell its own dedicated storage position.
